3. Liability Limitation (The “Spam” & “Account Safety” Clause) Marketing Waqas is not liable for:

• Account suspensions or domain blacklisting resulting from email outreach volume.
• LinkedIn restrictions or “LinkedIn Jail” resulting from the use of HeyReach or other automation tools.
• Data loss during migrations between providers (e.g., Microsoft 365 to Google Workspace). Users are responsible for complying with the CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR, and the User Agreements of each respective platform.
